Delivery Information

Our current situation is that we hold a very limited amount of product, when an order is placed, we Slave 2 Gaming place an order with our caster.

The caster casts either early in the week or at the end, so we wait for our casting to happen and then to be sent to us via Australia Post. This can take up to 10 days, depending on casting and Australia post times to our door.

Once it is delivered to our door, we have a one day turn around, where we package the delivery and send it off, once again via Australia Post.

We offer various forms of Domestic delivery, all come with the option of Signature on delivery and optional extra cover, but these must be chosen by the recipient.

For International Deliveries, we now no longer do what is called Economy air mail as it does not offer tracking of Parcels. We do apologize for this, but believe it to be a safer way to do mail delivery for both parties.

We will endeavor to make sure all packages arrive, however if packages do not arrive, we ask that you contact us so that we can arrange a solution to the issue. We also ask that patience is apart of the process as in some situations, the mail can just be slow.

After a suitable time for delivery has passed and no package has arrived, we offer two options:

The re sending of the items.
Refund of payment via PayPal.
