6. Changes
Slave 2 Gaming reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Change in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any change to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those change.
Slave 2 Gaming may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Slave 2 Gaming Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. Slave 2 Gaming may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. Slave 2 Gaming may terminate the authorisation, rights and licence given above and, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
7. Ordering and Time taken
Slave 2 Gaming currently only holds limited stock of all of its products, therefore when a customer places an order they agree and accept that the said order can up to 14 days before it is sent out from Slave 2 Gaming to the customer.
The time taken to send out an order is due to the fact that once we receive the order, we then give the order to the caster and make an order to suit what the customer requires. Once the customers order is cast and sent to us, we ensure that it is packed correctly and send it off to the customer
We at Slave 2 Gaming will take every available step to ensure that the customers order is sent out upon arrival in as short a time as possible.
We offer various forms of Domestic delivery, all come with Signature on delivery and optional extra cover, but this must be
chosen by the recipient.
For International
Deliveries, we now no longer do what is called Economy air mail as it
does not offer tracking of Parcels. We do apologize for this, but
believe it to be a safer way to do mail delivery for both parties. International Parcels now are sent by Standard Airmail Via Australia post, they are now trackable.
We will endeavor to make sure all packages arrive, however if packages do not arrive, we ask that you contact us so that we can arrange a solution to the issue. We also ask that patience is apart of the process as in some situations, the mail can just be slow.
After a suitable time for delivery has passed (and discourse has been had by both parties) and no package has arrived, we offer two options:
Refund of payment via PayPal.
The re sending of the items.
